To lead others we first need to start leading ourselves. Self leadership consists of;
1. Self Awareness – recall who is a leader you like/don’t like. Compare their actions with your own actions and adapt.
2. Self reflection – 2 to 5 minutes a day, think about challenges that you have achieved but also that you are about to have that day.
3. Self resolution – if getting frustrated, gauge the importance of the issue (reframe) and act accordingly.
